To request a custom shirt, use the Contact page and tell us: shirt size and color, your original text or saying, and your artwork idea. We will reply with a proof for your approval before anything is made. No order is automatic. Custom shirts use the same rules as all Mica's Scoops lines: original artwork only, no copied designs, no Buffalo Bills logo, no other brand logos. Inside-tag logo: every finished shirt is to carry the Mica's Scoops logo inside the tag. 30-day backing: defective, misprinted, or wrong items within 30 days are covered as described for that line — buyer's remorse is not covered. Pricing is 2x supplier landed cost, rounded up, once a supplier confirms the custom single order. Lines coming soon: All-over printed tees and hoodies (printed City of Buffalo design, not real diamonds or studs); Bling shirts (real applied rhinestone crystals, quote pending); Stacked sweatsuit sets; Stacked jean sets; Family outfits for women, men, and children; Holiday pajama sets from infant to grandparents; Custom leather pieces. Nothing on this page is in stock until a line is confirmed live. Suppliers — both used, each for what it does best: Printful for all-over printed tees and hoodies; HipKraft for small bling tee runs; Linushi for stacked sets, denim, acid wash, full-wrap, and holiday pajamas as quoted. HipKraft and Linushi are not Squarespace extensions, so they are used as approved manual suppliers, not by a Squarespace CONNECT button; Printful remains the connected Squarespace extension. Prices are flexible by source: retail is always 2x landed cost (supplier cost + shipping + inside/sewn-in tag cost), rounded up, and is reported per product and source, so if a source changes, the retail changes with it. Nothing is ordered or charged without owner approval of the exact product and price. All-over lines: inside-tag logo is satisfied by a sewn-in tag step, approved by the owner, not waived. The sewn-in tag cost is not yet published by Printful and will be confirmed in Design Maker before publishing; if it adds cost, the $56 tee and $99 hoodie retails will be recalculated with that cost included. Stale, non-selling items will be rotated out and new designs added as suppliers confirm them.
